Local setup

Supabase isn't configured yet.

Add NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL and NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY to .env.local to enable accounts, intake, and the dashboard. See README.md for the full setup checklist.
