Why this exists
Every year, millions of people get into a car accident and discover they’re on their own. The insurance company has lawyers, AI tools, actuaries, and a thousand reasons your offer is fair. You have a wrecked car, a rental that’s about to expire, and a body shop saying it’ll be three more weeks.
Personal injury lawyers don’t take property damage cases — the math doesn’t work for them. Public adjusters don’t take most auto claims — the values are too small for their fees. Until LLMs got good enough to do real claim work, the economics never supported serving these cases. So nobody did.
We built Claimoe to close that gap.
What Moe handles

We never sell your data. We never share it with affiliate partners without your opt-in. Case data is deleted within ninety days of close. The trust we ask for at a vulnerable moment is a trust we hold seriously.

Who built this
Claimoe was founded by Yisrael Gottlieb. He grew up inside his family’s businesses — a body shop, a rental-car company, and an auto-consulting firm — and saw the same thing happen to customer after customer: almost no one knows how to navigate their own accident claim.
Everyone around them is trying to make money off the accident, and the insurer’s job is to keep the payout as low as it can. There are real laws on your side — and quiet tactics carriers count on you never noticing. Yisrael spent years walking people through both, helping them recover what they were actually owed and take the stress out of the whole process.
That hands-on consulting is what Claimoe automates. AI is finally good enough to do this work with a deeper knowledge base and far more patience than any single consultant — and without the conflicts of interest.
