The $39 covers Moe's work on your case — comp-data lookups, document generation, and the carrier-facing infrastructure. You're not paying for any of that line by line. The token allowance is just so a single runaway case can't cost more than what you paid; if a long, complex claim needs more, you top up at our actual cost — no markup.
What it doesn't cover
If your case escalates to a licensed attorney or public adjuster — because it crossed our complexity threshold or you wanted a human in the loop — you pay that professional's standard rates, not us.
The guarantee
