What the price covers
The paid tiers cover the AI's work on your case. We absorb the cost of identity verification, comp-data lookups, document generation, and the carrier-facing infrastructure. You're not paying for any of that line by line.
What it doesn't cover
If your case escalates to a licensed attorney or public adjuster — because it crossed our complexity threshold or you wanted a human in the loop — you pay that professional's standard rates, not us.
The guarantee
If we draft something materially wrong — a citation that doesn't exist, a number that's off, a deadline we missed — we refund the paid tier in full. We can't compensate consequential damage from an AI mistake; we can promise not to keep your money for one.
Cancellation of a paid tier is otherwise non-refundable. We disclose this clearly at upgrade.
Beyond per-case pricing
